Undergraduate Local Applicants
Local applicants are Australian citizens, holders of an Australian permanent resident’s visa and New Zealand citizens who must apply via VTAC (Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre).This is for year 12 and non-year 12 applicants.All local applicants, except for current Monash students, need to apply through VTAC. Go to the VTAC website for more information.
There is a minimum English requirement for all Monash University courses.
Bachelor of Architectural Design
Selection for the Bachelor of Architectural Design is an ENTER only course, based on applicants score alone. Applicants are required to have completed English and Mathematics (with a study score of 25 each).
There is Middle-band re-ranking based on art, studio arts and visual communication and design; SEAS.
No application kit is required. A personal information statement in your VTAC application is required (Non year 12 only).
Bachelor of Fine Art
The minimum ENTER score or equivalent is a requirement for students wishing to apply for the Bachelor of Fine Art.
Applicants are required to complete the Fine Arts Application Kit (for year 12 and non year 12). If selected for interview applicants will be required to attend with thier folio.
Bachelor of Industrial Design, Bachelor Interior Architecture, Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication), Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Industrial Design
The minimum ENTER score of equivalent is requirement for students wishing to apply for Bachelor of Industrial Design, Bachelor Interior Architecture, Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) and Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Industrial Design. Bachelor of Industrial Deisgn requires year 12 Mathematics.
Year 12 and non year 12 applicants are required to complete the Design Application Kit. If selected for interview applicants will be required to attend with thier folio.

Bachelor of Multimedia & Digital Arts
Selection for the Bachelor of Multimedia & Digital Arts is an ENTER only coursem based on thier score alone. Applicants are required to have completed an art, studio arts or visual communication and design at year 12 level (with study score of 30). Application for year 12 is via VTAC.
Year 12 and non year 12 applicants are required to complete the Design Application Kit. If selected for interview applicants will be required to attend with thier folio. Bachelor of Visual Arts (including double degrees)
Selection for the Bachelor of Visual Arts (including double degrees) is an ENTER only course, based on thier score alone. Applicants are required to have completed an art or studio art subject at year 12 level (with a study score of 30). Application for year 12 is via VTAC.
Non year 12 applicants are required to complete the Fine Arts Application Kit. If selected for interview will be required to attend with thier folio. Selection for Bachelor of Visual and Media Arts at Gippsland is via interview with folio.
